Maximum Quest Residential Care operates multiple congregate care facilities, Caitlin’s Place 1 & 2, for teenage girls 16 to 21 years of age referred by the District of Columbia, Child and Family Services Agency.
We believe that every girl deserves a chance to grow and dream no matter where she comes from. We are deeply committed to fostering hope and changing the lives of teenage girls languishing in foster care, those teens who are bouncing from placement to placement, and the girl who frequently absconds.
Our skilled and trained staff will always practice patience by instilling guidelines and skill sets while remaining firm to ensure each youth’s success to independence.
Adolescent girls in our Teen Bridge program will receive the individualized care and attention they need which is central to establishing healthy lasting relationships. Our staff will provide the first one-on-one mentoring the day each youth enters our door.
We realize our teenage girls are not going to arrive there without being validated, having their dignity restored and knowing they are in control of their future. Under our care and guidance, they come to KNOW they are loved; their lives matter; and they have a value in the community.
Our overreaching goal is to provide more than the basic group home services; shelter, food, job development, counseling, and life skills training. Our goal is to provide; a listening ear, a kind word, a subtle push of encouragement, emotional support, and effective role modeling so that she may dream and soar.
