Our Mission is to facilitate each girl’s Maximum Potential and promote stability and independence as she navigates the bridge from young girl to womanhood. We teach goal-setting, self -respect and self-advocacy to empower her to take a significant responsibility for and planning her future within a family atmosphere with love and respect. We empower each girl to identify and evaluate behavior issues causing problems in their lives, then by utilizing both in-house and community resources, we teach them tools needed to solve problems assertively and communicate effectively. Our approach is girl-centered and girl driven and the results create a life-long connection. Because of our specialized attention and positive interaction with each girl, we are certain that upon her successful discharge she will leave changed and ready for the world.
At Maximum Quest Residential we work with adolescent and pre-adolescent females who are in primary need of specialized services for homelessness, abusive behaviors, neglect, mental and physical abuse. Our goal is to provide our residents with a home-like setting, which is highly structured and staff-secured, with a therapeutic environment that promotes positive changes though behavior modification plans, life skills and recreational activities.
