Maximum Quest Residential is dedicated to providing quality resident care in the most efficient and effective manner. We maintain the philosophy that one of the essential methods of assuring high-quality care is through a self-directed process of continuous quality improvement.
Maximum Quest Residential implemented Empower Group Care, a Paperless Cloud-Based System designed to collect, store, track and report client data. The purpose of implementing Empower Group Care was to assist our residential facilities in the successful execution of Maximum Quest Residential’s Quality Assurance Program by providing the capability to monitor, evaluate and promote continuous improvement in the daily operational processes for resident care by gaining a 360-degree view of day-to-day transactions that occur.
